This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the TFast FinCore software platform and the public demonstration sandbox at fincore.tfastdigital.com provided by TFast Digital Agency.
1. Prohibited Financial & Operational Activities
Client institutions, staff users, and visitors must not use TFast FinCore to:
- Unlawful Financial Schemes: Operate an illegal pyramid scheme, Ponzi scheme, unlicensed public deposit-taking business, money-laundering activity, or fraudulent lending operation in violation of Ugandan law.
- Harassment or Unlawful Debt Collection: Send threatening, defamatory, or abusive SMS or email messages to borrowers, guarantors, or next-of-kin in violation of the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
- Unsolicited Bulk Spam: Use the system's SMS or email notification tools to transmit unsolicited commercial marketing spam.
2. Public Demo Sandbox Rules
When evaluating the public demo at fincore.tfastdigital.com/login:
- Sample Data Only: The demo contains fictional Ugandan sample data and resets automatically every night at 02:00 AM EAT.
- No Real Personal Data: Visitors must never enter real National IDs, real borrower records, or sensitive personal data into the public demo.
- No Security Probing or Disruption: Visitors must not attempt to brute-force accounts, upload malicious files, scrape pages, or disrupt evaluation access for other users.
3. Intellectual Property & Licence Compliance
- Each production installation of TFast FinCore is licensed for one (1) organisation only. Unauthorized copying, cloning, or reselling of the software is strictly prohibited.
- All copyright notices and licence headers belonging to TFast Digital Agency and third-party licensed components must remain intact.
4. Enforcement & Reporting
TFast Digital Agency reserves the right to block IP addresses abusing the public demo and to suspend any client installation that violates this policy in accordance with the Client Licence & Support Agreement. To report abuse or security concerns, email info@tfastdigital.com.
